The rector of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Ferran Sancho, new president of the Catalan Public Universities Association

On Tuesday, January 8, was held the Assembly of the Catalan Public Universities Association (ACUP) at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili. The meeting renewed the board of the Association, which will now be chaired by the rector of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Ferran Sancho. The composition of the new board is: president, Ferran Sancho, rector of the UAB; first vice president, Roberto Fernandez, rector of the Universitat de Lleida; second vice president, Albert Bou, president of the social council of the Universitat de Girona; third vice president, Nuria Basi, president of the social council of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra; secretary, Francesc Xavier Grau, rector of the URV and former president of the ACUP.
